Special thanks to Barbara Brennan for providing so much detail and quality information during the session. As Barbara mentioned she has one remaining online slot available for next week so move quickly if that is of interest. My own 5 Ways to Wellbeing Workshop is extremely popular next week but options are available on other dates so don't hesitate to reach out.

Speaker Profile - Barbara Brennan

Barbara provides workplace solutions to organisations who are looking to create robust policies, procedures and training on mental health so that they can provide an open and supportive environment for their employees to thrive. She brings practical solutions and hope to staff at all levels, because we all have mental health and could all do with tools to live a better life. Leading a national programme to reduce mental health related stigma for 5years has given Barbara the opportunity to create a robust delivery structure with the voices of lived experience at it's heart. Working with many diverse groups across the country and normalising inclusion has created an environment for providing comprehensive and accessible programmes and services that deliver meaningful content working towards culture change.
