Psychological Safety - A Shared Practice - Work Well Live Webinar

On our most recent Work Well Live webinar discussing psychological safety, Davina Ramkissoon explored what this concept really means, and how it shapes the way we speak, listen, and work together. We looked at both the organisational frameworks behind the term as well as the role that our nervous system plays in co-regulation, building relationships, and self-care during times of stress - all of which influence our capacity to contribute to a psychologically safe working environment.

Psychological safety is often seen as something a leader creates, but Davina reframed it as a shared, team-wide practice. There was something here for everyone and attendees left with fresh insights and practical inspiration to bring more trust, openness, and safety into their everyday work.

During the session we also heard an update on the live cohort of companies currently engaged in the Healthy Ireland Framework pilot programme and the upcoming People Manager Wellbeing Programme.

You’ll find the full recording below as well as poll results from the in-webinar survey and a speaker profile for our guest Davina Ramkissoon. You can download the slides from the session through this link.
