Using the Breath to Activate Your Brain for Success

The theme for the most recent Work Well Live Webinar of our 2022 series was ‘Using the Breath to Activate Your Brain for Success‘ with our special guest Patrick McKeown.

Patrick is an international breathing expert and author based in Galway, Ireland. Since 2002, he has worked with thousands of clients, including elite military special forces (SWAT), Olympic coaches and athletes.

Patrick's mission is to empower people to take control of their own health, well-being and fitness using simple breathing exercises proven to improve body oxygenation.

In this Work Well Live Webinar, Patrick looked at how to:

  • Enhance focus, concentration and attention span

  • Apply the tactical breathing methods used by special forces to get in the zone

  • Use breathing exercises to calm your mind and body on tap

You can watch the full recording of our webinar below. A huge thank you to Patrick for delivering such an impactful session.
